Ceramic Cup White Geisha Pink Stripes Slab With Handel And Harts One Of A Kind

This is a cup with a blushing geisha hand painted with glaze and pencil on the body. This type of cup is called a slab cup. As it is made with one slab of clay rolled into a tube then applied to a base. The seams are pressed in place then a handle is attached. This technique does not lend itself well to reproduction, so it is assumed this is a one of a kind piece. The interior is left white to appreciate your preferred beverage.

Measures 3" in diameter by 4" tall (7.5 x 10 cm). This tea cup is in fine condition.
