Vintage Signed Hand Made Ceramic Porcelain Tea Cup & Saucer Rose

This is a vintage hand made tea cup and saucer. It is made of ceramic and porcelain. There is a maker's signature on the bottom(see picture 7). It has a hand painted design of roses (see pictures). 

This tea cup measures 3" in diameter by 2 1/4" tall (7.5 x 5.5 cm). The saucer is 5 1/8" in diameter by 3/4" tall (13 x 2 cm). With exception to minor sign of past use, it remains infine condition.
