Japanese Vintage Signed Tool Plane Adjusting Hammer

Useful for nearly every application in the workshop, these hammers are exceptionally well balanced. The heads are forged from tool steel. The flat face works best for adjusting plane irons or other general uses, while the crowned face allows for flush nailing or tapping chisels. Fitted with Japanese white oak handles. Old world craftsmanship for the new world craftsman! A great collectible ax and still very functional. Built samurai tough of samurai steel to last generations!

While this hammer has seen years of use and has some paint stains, it is still very funcional with a lot of character. It has an 11 ounce head and measures 11 1/2" long overall with a head 3 1/4" long.
