Vintage Japanese Hand Carved Wooden Kashigata Two Color Style Cake Mold

This is an vintage Japanese cake mold known as a Kashigata used for making. This kashigata measures 13 1/2" long by 4" wide by 1 3/4" deep (33 x 10 x 4 cm). Having been well used yet well loved for nearly a century, this kashigata remains in very fine condition with a warm century deep patina. A very collectible yet still very functional culinary accent.
