Vintage Japanese Kokeshi Wooden Doll Paper Kimono W/ Plaque Flowers 4.5"

This is a vintage Japanese wooden doll known called a kokeshi. This kokeshi is meant to hang she is wearing a big pair of red geta and her hair up in a cute red roll. She is dressed in aredkimonowith pink and white flowers. The green staining showing the wood grain beneath with bright red floral design. The plaque above her has a poem attached to a red cord with a bell.

This kokeshi has also been in storage for several decades, it remains in overall fine vintage condition. This kokeshi measures about 1 1/4" in diameter (6 cm) and 4 1/2"tall (12 cm).
