Vintage Japanese Sake Imari Tokkuri & Sakazuki Blue & WhiteLucky Gourd Set 5"

This is a vintage Japanese serving set of one sake cup (sakazuki) and 1 sake jug (tokui). Both cup and jug are marked with a the makers mark on the bottom.this set is the traditional blue and white imari style with a simple horizontal stripes.The tokuri is in the shape of a lucky gourd. Not seen in these photos is a second Sake cup same as the first. This second cup has a visible hairline incurred before glazing. This imperfection does not diminish the performance in any way. You will receive this second cup free of charge when you order the set.

This sake cup and jug are perfect for sipping your evening sake or a very elegant way to sip your evening cordial! 

The sake cup measures from 2" in diameter (5 cm) by 1 3/4" tall (4.5 cm).The sake bottle measure 2 1/4" in diameter by 5" tall (6 x 13 cm). Having been in storage, this set remainsin very fine condition.
