Vintage Japanese Senchawan Ox & Berry Motif White Pottery Signed Tea Cup

This is a charming vintage Japanesewhite senchawan ceramic tea cup. The shape of this cup fits the hands very comfortably, and adds a pleasing tactile component to enjoying a cup of tea. It features a hand painted illustration of two Oxen surrounded by red berries painted in a loose brush style. This bowl was high fired for lasting durability.

This bowl measures 2 1/4" in diameter by 3". Having been in storage it remains in fine condition.
