Antique Chinese c1920 Double Happiness Tea Pot Cobalt Blue & White Hand Painted 7"

This is an antique Chinese tea pot from the late Qing or early Republic period (c 1920).  All hand painted in cobalt blue.  Decorated in the popular Double Happiness motif popular from the Qing period. The foot and mouth are unglazed while the interior is fully glazed.

The tea pot measure approximately 6 1/4" tall by about 7" in diameter by 9 1/2" including the spout (16 x 17.5 x 24cm). A simple and elegant piece of history that's both collectible and quite usable. One of the metal wire handles is missing. PLEASE NOTE in the photos where the damage to the lid can be seen in detail. This is priced with the damage taken into consideration.
