Antique Chinese Hardwood Teapot Caddy Holder W/ Bat Carving Red & Gold

This is an antique Chinese all hand made and hand carved teapot holder or caddy. It has a clever latch to hold the handle in place while easily removing it to replace the kettle. The carving if the bat in gold on the handle is a symbol of good fortune.

Toyokuni Having been used lovingly for perhaps 100 years, it remains overall in fine condition.
