Antique Chinese Qing Dynasty Hongmu Chair w/ Carved Bat Motif c1800's

This is an antique Chinese Qing Dynasty chair from the 1800's. The hand carved back feature the Lucky Bat motif. It is all made from the highly prized Hongmu wood which is very dense and heavy and has a beautifully deep rich color.

The chair measures approximately 39" tall by about 24" wide and deep (18.5" seat) (99 x 61 x 47 cm). Having been used lovingly and carefully over the decades, with the exception of some minor dents and shrinkage, it remains in fine condition.
