Antique Japanese Hand Made Bone Crochet Hook

This is an antique Japanese crochet hook hand made out of buffalo bone. It has two small hooks at each end with a nice scrolling twist through the middle for better grip. It was made in the late Meiji Era (c. 1890) .

It measures  6 1/2" long (17 cm). Having been lovingly protected for over a century it remains in very fine condition.
