Antique Japanese Meij Era c1890 Imari Stenciled Senchawan Ceramic

This is an antique Japanese set of two Senchawan tea cups (dating back probably to the mid to late Meiji Era (c. 1890). Typically used for drinking hot sencha. Made of a high fire ceramic for lasting durability. It has a stenciled design in blue outside and in. This listing is for the pair of matching cups.

They measure 3" in diameter by 2 1/2" tall (7.5 x 6 cm). It remains in very fine condition.
