Antique Japanese Meiji 1800'S Wooden Silk Spindles 100 Years Old

This is a 100 year old silk spindle used in loom weaving during the Meiji era. This Spindel still has indigo blue and black silk thread wrapped around it. A living part of Japanese history and a beautiful accent to your home. This spindle measures 7" by 7" by 8" (17.5 x 17.5 x 20.5cm).
