Antique Japanese Meiji (c 1860) Imari Vase Rabbit & Waves 11"

This is an antique late Edo era (c. 1860's) Japanese Imari Vase. It is finely hand painted in with a rabbit over waves motif.

This vase is made of ceramics fired at high temperatures for lasting durability. Having been stored or carefully displayed for over a century in the original box this vase is in excellent condition. It measures 11" tall by 4 3/4" in diameter.
