Antique Japanese Taisho Era (C. 1920) Forged Brass Tansu Handle

This is a Japanese tansu drawer handle from a 100 year old Japanese tansu (see examples in pictures 9, 10, & 11). It is made of either a copper or brass alloy.  It comes with original brass attachment strips. It has all of its original patina.

It measure 3 1/4" wide (8.5 cm) .  The distance between mounting holes would be 2 1/4" (5.8 cm).
