Antique Japanese Taisho Era c1920's Bamboo Kago Ikebana Basket 12"

This is an antique Japanese Kago basket from the Taisho era c 1920's. Used in Ikebana flower arranging. Very intricately made with wide strips of woven split bamboo.

It has been in storage for many decades and with the exception of a few signs of wear it remains in very good condition.
