Antique Kiri Wood Geta W/ Hard Rubber Sole & Padded Cotton Straps

This is a pair of new old stock getta kiri wood sandals with hard rubber soles and padded cotton straps. They have a nice sloping arch front to back.

Along with an aged patina, this pair of kiri wood getta are in excellent condition showing almost no wear. they measure 10" long by 4" wide and 1 1/2" tall (25 x 10 x 4 cm) (about a size men's 8 1/2 -9).  A rare piece of Japans past culture from the late 1950's
