Vintage Japanese Kamakurabori Box Flowers Deep Red Lacquer 9”x12”

This is a vintage Japanese Kamakurabori lidded lacquer  box. This deep red box and brown interior lacquer. Beautiful deeply carved relief of bamboo and a flower. Having just been brought back from Japan this lidded container remains in good polish and in fine condition. It measures 12" by 9" by 2"
