This is a set of counting beads used in Buddhist practice to count, mantras, sutras, prostrations or words and phrases which have meaning to you. They can also be worn as a stylish bracelet or necklace. This one uses Tigers eye beads with a red counting stone. Tigers eye is well known as a confidence boosting stone, which adds to inner strength and stamina, just what you need when using them.
Each set of beads is made in Oregon by a local Portland artist as part of their Buddhist practice. They are strung with chords representing the traditional Buddhast colors using only natural material.
