Unique Vintage Japanese Pair Of Kokeshi Small Boble Head Top Shaped 2"

This is a vintage Japanese wooden doll called a kokeshi.

This pair of Kokeshi are bobelheaded and shaped like tops. One is painted in silver and the other gold. Both have poetry written in Japanese calligraphy on the body, along with paintings of a fan and willow leaves

Having been in storage for several decades, they remain in overall fine vintage condition. There are some minor scuffs. These little kokeshi measure about 1 1/2" at the widest point (2.5 cm) and 2 1/2" (8cm) tall.
