Vintage / Antique Chinese Platform Vase/Bowl Stand Pedestal Display 3.5" Base

This vintage Chinese vase stand has a smooth black stained finish that very nicely reveals the subtle wood grain texture. Made to hold a small round bottomed vase or other treasure. It has a traditional cloud motif cut along the bottom between the feet. 

Having been in storage for decades or carefully displayed, with exception to minor signs of use it remains in fine condition. It measures 3 1/2" interior diameter by 4 1/2 exterior diameter at the widest pointby 1 1/2" tall (9 int 11.5 ext x 4 cm). An excellent way to set off decorative ceramics like bowls, pots and vases by giving them a pedestal.
