Vintage Chinese Camphor Wood Storage Trunk Blanket Chest mid 20th 48”

This is a vintage Chinese blanket chest from the mid 20th century. Hand made and likely with original lacquer warm red semi-clear lacquer. Brass hardware.

This small chest measures approximately 21" tall by 48" wide by 21" deep. Mortis and tenon joinery. Having been used lovingly over the past century+, with the exception of a scuffs and dents, it remains in good antique condition. Some separation from movement of the wood. Weighs over 30 pounds.
