Vintage Japanese Green Crackle Glaze Handmade Ceramic Flower Vase W/ Box

This is a vintage Japanese flower vase typically used in the Japanese Tea Ceremony known as Chabana (flower arranging for tea). This item is the perfect accent to display flowers or anything else in a verity of ways. The beautiful green crackle glaze filters the two deeper layers of light and dark underglazes as seen in the pics above. It is made of ceramics fired at high temperatures for lasting durability. It comes with a matching signed paulownia wood box. Having been in storage this vase is in excellent condition.

It measures 7 1/4" tall (18.5 cm) by 3 1/4" in diameter (8 cm). The box measures 4 1/2 wide by 8 1/4 tall by 4 1/2 deep. (11.5 x 21 x 11.5).
