Vintage Japanese Lacquered Wood set of 5 Chataku Plates Tea Saucers Shunkei

Set of five Japanese chataku (tea saucers) in brown lacquer finish, used to hold yunomi cups in traditional tea service.

Each saucer has a shallow, gently sloped form with a recessed center to stabilize the cup. The warm brown lacquer shows a soft sheen with subtle variation along the rim and surface.

All pieces are in good condition with light surface wear consistent with use. No major chips or cracks observed.

A clean, functional set suitable for tea service or display.
